Creation of Man in the Bible
The theological belief of creation of the man and his nature is found in the Biblical traditions as below:
1. “Then God said, ‘Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground”.
2. “Then the Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.”
Conception in Sin
“Behold, I was shapen in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me”.
An expression of reminding man about the status of sinful birth, during a prayer for forgiveness, God is prayed for the removal of the sin, so that one might be cleaned up. This verse is similar to the saying of the Holy Prophet, (P.B.U.H), wherein Almighty Allah has said that all of the people are subject to the commission of mistakes by day and night. And seek forgiveness, the Almighty will grant pardon to you. Birth under Sin
“Sin came into the world through one man and his sin brought death with it. As a result, death has spread to the whole human race because everyone has sinned”.
Creation is the Will and Image of God
“And God said; Let us make man in our image, after our likeness”.
Glory of God
“Man is the image and glory of God”.
Clay Product
“Behold, I am according to thy wish in God’s stead: I also am formed out of the clay”.
Dust of Ground
“And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life and man became a living soul”.

Nature of Man
Furiousness
“Yet man is born unto trouble, as the sparks fly upward”.
A state of fury gives rise to the troubles for a man, just like a flame of fire, which goes upward. The man loses bodily control and flares up like a bubble creating trouble for him as well as for the others, in the society.
In-Born Wrath
“And were by nature the children of wrath, even as others”.
